1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Pozerqimab website (the "Site") or by submitting an inquiry through any form on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

You represent that you are at least 16 years old. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Site only with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian. The Site is not directed to children under 16.

If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" will refer to both you and that organization.

2. Service Description

Pozerqimab provides advisory and informational services related to budgeting and financial planning, with a focus on expense planning, budgeting structure, documentation practices, and planning routines. Services may include discussion sessions, written notes, category mapping, and framework suggestions. Any materials provided are intended to support organization and understanding.

Pozerqimab does not provide investment advice, tax advice, accounting services, or legal advice. Pozerqimab does not offer guarantees of financial outcomes, does not provide financial projections, and does not promise improvements. Any examples are illustrative only and are not predictions.

3. User Obligations

You agree to use the Site lawfully and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site. When submitting an inquiry, you agree to provide accurate contact information and to keep your message limited to general context that is appropriate for an initial conversation.

• You will not submit sensitive personal information (such as bank account numbers, government identifiers, or authentication credentials) through the Site.
• You are responsible for the decisions you make based on any informational guidance.
• You will comply with applicable laws and regulations relating to online conduct and content.

If Pozerqimab offers any account or client portal features in the future, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of any credentials and to use only one account per person unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

5. Prohibited Activities

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pozerqimab and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site or services, even if Pozerqimab has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pozerqimab's total direct liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Site or services will not exceed the amount paid by you to Pozerqimab for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred euros (€100), whichever is lower.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pozerqimab and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) your infringement of any third party right.

9. Third Party Links

The Site may include links to third party websites or resources. These links are provided for convenience only. Pozerqimab does not control and is not responsible for the content, products, services, or practices of third party websites. Your use of third party websites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

10. Privacy

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Subject to the Dispute Resolution section below, the courts of London, England will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site.

12. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to first contact Pozerqimab and attempt to resolve any dispute informally for a period of thirty (30) days. You may start this process by sending a written notice describing the issue and the relief sought to the email address listed in the Contact section below.

If the dispute is not resolved within the informal resolution period, either party may commence proceedings in the courts identified in the Governing Law and Jurisdiction section.

13. Termination

Pozerqimab may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, with or without notice, if Pozerqimab reasonably believes you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, or created risk for Pozerqimab, other users, or third parties.

Upon termination, the license granted to you to use the Site will cease immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including without limitation: Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law and Jurisdiction, Dispute Resolution, and Contact and Legal Notices.

14. Modifications to Terms

Pozerqimab may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Site, services, or legal requirements. Changes will be effective fourteen (14) days after the updated Terms are posted on this page, unless a different effective date is specified.

Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Site.
